Sign in to your ClubPass365 account and go to your My Tickets or ticket/order area to view your purchased tickets. Each ticket includes the event information and a unique QR code that will be scanned when you arrive. A copy of your ticket may also be delivered to the email address used during checkout.
                            
                        
                    
                                    
                        
                        
                            
                                
Every ClubPass365 ticket contains a unique QR code connected to your purchase. At the event entrance, authorized check-in staff scan the QR code using the ClubPass365 ticket scanner. Once successfully scanned, the system confirms that the ticket is valid and records the attendee as checked in. Tickets should not be duplicated or shared unless the event’s transfer process allows it.
                            
                        
                    
                                    
                        
                        
                            
                                
First, create a ClubPass365 account. All new accounts begin as customer accounts. From your account dashboard, you can request an upgrade to Event Organizer. Once your organizer access is approved, you can use the Create Event section to enter your event name, description, dates, times, venue, location, flyer, ticket information, age requirements, doors-open time and other event details. Once completed, submit or publish the event according to the available event settings.
                            
                        
                    
                                    
                        
                        
                            
                                
Event organizers can request featured placement for an eligible event. Once the featured placement has been approved and any required payment has been completed, the event can be promoted in ClubPass365’s featured-event areas, including prominent placement on the website. Featured placement helps give an event increased visibility to customers browsing the platform. ClubPass365 administrators can also control which events are approved for featured placement.
                            
                        
                    
                                    
                        
                        
                            
                                
You can browse ClubPass365 events without signing in. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to manage your purchases, access tickets, review orders, and keep your event activity in one place.
                            
                        
                    
                                    
                        
                        
                            
                                
First, sign in to the ClubPass365 account associated with your purchase and check your tickets or order history. You should also check the email address used during checkout. Organizer approval helps protect the marketplace and ensures that event-management tools are provided to legitimate organizers and promoters. If additional information is required, ClubPass365 may contact you before approving the request.
