1.1 Scope

This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies, browser storage, pixels and comparable technologies on ClubPass365’s website and any application or embedded service to which this policy is expressly linked. Personal information associated with these technologies is also governed by our Privacy Policy. A technology’s purpose, rather than its name, determines how we classify it.

1.2 What these technologies do

Cookies are small files a service stores in a browser. Local storage may retain preferences between visits without a fixed automatic expiry. Session storage generally lasts for a browser session. Pixels and similar resources may transmit information when a page or message is opened. First-party technologies are set through our service; third-party technologies are associated with another provider.

1.3 Categories and purposes

Essential operation and security. We use technologies reasonably necessary for requested functionality, such as sign-in sessions, fraud prevention, security checks, cart continuity, checkout, order processing and recording privacy choices. Blocking these may prevent the relevant service from working.

Preferences and convenience. Where enabled, storage may remember display preferences, saved event preferences, recently viewed events or whether a subscription popup has been dismissed. A saved wishlist or account feature is not consent to unrelated tracking or marketing.

Measurement. If enabled, optional measurement technologies help assess traffic, errors and feature usage. Technologies used for analytics are not treated as essential merely because they benefit the business.

Advertising and promotional measurement. If enabled, these technologies may measure campaigns or support audience targeting. They require a separate lawful basis and the consent controls described below; accepting account terms does not authorize them automatically.

Embedded providers. Maps, video players, social sign-in and payment services may contact their providers when used. Optional embeds capable of tracking are controlled separately where consent is required. Choosing to use Google or Facebook sign-in does not constitute consent to advertising tracking.

1.4 Your choices

Through Cookie Settings, you may accept optional technologies, reject optional technologies or choose categories. Necessary functionality remains available to the extent technically possible when optional consent is refused. Optional technologies requiring consent must remain inactive until a choice authorizes them. Closing a banner, scrolling or continuing to browse is not affirmative consent to optional tracking.

You may change or withdraw optional consent through the same controls. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected. You may also delete or block storage using browser settings. Some providers may require separate controls for their services.

1.5 Subscription popup and saved preferences

The subscription popup may store a dismissal timestamp and a successful-subscription flag in the browser. The flag suppresses the popup on that browser while retained. Clearing website data, using private browsing, switching browsers or devices, or a browser storage restriction may cause the popup to reappear. A suppression flag is not proof of consent for a different person using the same device. Our email subscription records and unsubscribe records determine whether promotional messages may be sent.

1.6 Duration and inventory

Session technologies expire at the end of their applicable session. Persistent technologies remain until their stated expiry, deletion, or a browser retention limit. Local-storage entries may remain until removed. The current inventory available through Cookie Settings identifies the active technology, provider, purpose, category and duration. Retention must be proportionate to the stated purpose.

1.7 Third parties and changes

Providers may process technical information under their own privacy notices. We identify relevant providers in the inventory and Privacy Policy. We will update this policy for material changes and obtain renewed consent where required before introducing a materially different optional purpose.
