Review your order details and continue to checkout.
Complete Your Payment
Enter your payment information and complete your secure transaction.
Receive Your Ticket
Once your purchase is confirmed, your ticket will be sent to your email. You can access your ticket and present it at the event entrance using your digital ticket or QR code.

How can I manage my events ?

Answer:
Managing your events on FetePass365 is simple. Once you create an organizer account, you can access your dashboard to manage your events, tickets, and attendees in one convenient place.

From your Organizer Dashboard, you can:

Create and edit events — Update event details, descriptions, dates, times, venues, images, and other information.
Manage ticket options — Add, remove, or adjust ticket types, pricing, and availability.
Track ticket sales — Monitor registrations, sales activity, and event performance.
Manage attendees — View attendee information and prepare for event check-in.
Promote your event — Share your event page and take advantage of featured placement opportunities.
Monitor event status — View upcoming, active, and past events.

Simply log into your FetePass365 organizer account, navigate to your dashboard, and select the event you want to manage.

How Much Does It Cost to Create an Event?

Answer:
Creating and listing your event on FetePass365 is completely free. There are no upfront costs to get started, promote your event, and begin selling tickets. However, you must create a FetePass365 organizer account before submitting your event and accessing your event management tools.

Are There Any Fees When Selling Tickets?

Answer:
Yes. FetePass365 applies a 10% processing fee per ticket sold. This fee helps cover secure payment processing, ticket management, platform features, and ongoing support for organizers and attendees.

This structure is better because:

✅ It builds trust by being transparent about fees
✅ It avoids making your platform appear expensive before they even create an event.

How can I withdraw my earnings ?

Answer:
Event organizers can withdraw their earnings through their FetePass365 organizer account. Once your event has completed and ticket payments have been processed, eligible funds will be available for payout based on the platform’s payout schedule.

To withdraw your earnings:
