Effective date: July 22, 2026
Last revised: September 8, 2026
The effective date records the owner-confirmed start of the website project. Newly introduced or materially changed provisions in this revision apply only after publication, required notice and any required acceptance; they do not retroactively alter existing purchases or accrued rights.

These Terms apply to paid and free tickets obtained through ClubPass365. The event page identifies the Organizer responsible for the event. The purchase creates the disclosed event agreement with the seller and an agreement for ClubPass365’s platform services as applicable. Checkout must identify the relevant seller and payment arrangement. ClubPass365 remains responsible for its own legal obligations regardless of that allocation.
Before placing an order, you must have a reasonable opportunity to review the event details, total price, applicable terms and any errors, and affirmatively accept the purchase terms. You must have authority to use the payment method and legal capacity or appropriate guardian authority. Purchasing for another attendee does not automatically bind that attendee to undisclosed waivers.
Check the date, time zone, venue, doors-open time, ticket type, inclusions, age and identification rules, accessibility arrangements, seating or general-admission status, entry restrictions and refund/transfer terms. Contact the Organizer or ClubPass365 if important information is missing. Requests for accommodation should be considered in accordance with applicable law.
The applicable currency must be clearly displayed. Advertised prices must include mandatory non-government fees where required; applicable taxes and an itemized total are disclosed before payment. ClubPass365 does not fix a universal processing-fee percentage in these Terms. The price and fee schedule presented for your order govern, subject to law.
Optional extras require your selection. Discounts are subject to disclosed eligibility, usage and expiry conditions. A minimum-price “from” claim must relate to genuine available inventory. Changes to future pricing do not authorize an additional charge on an already confirmed order without lawful authority and your agreement where required.
An order is confirmed when the Platform records successful acceptance and any required payment or free-ticket completion. A pending authorization, cart, wishlist entry or email subscription is not a confirmed ticket. Tickets and confirmations are delivered through the enabled account and email functions. Contact support promptly if payment appears successful but no order is recorded; avoid repeatedly paying before checking the first attempt.
ClubPass365 will provide an order record and the required contract information in a form you can retain. A temporary email delay does not remove your rights. You must supply an accurate contact address and review notices relating to your event.
Protect your QR code and ticket identifiers. Sharing a copy may allow another person to attempt use. Admission depends on the ticket’s current validity, disclosed rules and authorized validation; a payment screenshot alone may not establish a valid ticket. Static ticket screenshots may be accepted only where the applicable ticket format permits; live or rotating codes must be presented as instructed.
Duplicate or previously used codes may be rejected pending review. Technical faults, synchronization delays and mistaken duplicate flags should be escalated to authorized staff. A scan result alone does not waive rights to investigate an improper refusal. Re-entry, transfer and multiple-day access depend on the disclosed ticket rules.
Attendees must comply with lawful, disclosed security, age, identification and venue rules. Unsafe conduct, harassment, fraud or unlawful behaviour may justify refusal or removal. Decisions must comply with applicable anti-discrimination and accessibility law. Refund consequences depend on the facts, disclosed terms and law; a blanket “no refund under any circumstances” rule does not apply.
ClubPass365 is not an emergency service. Seek venue staff or emergency services for urgent safety concerns. Event photography, searches and activity-specific risk waivers require appropriate separate notice and authority; these Terms do not grant an unrestricted likeness release or waive every personal-injury claim.
Transfers are available only where expressly enabled and permitted. If a valid transfer generates a new code, the previous code may cease to work. Sharing login credentials is not an authorized transfer. Unauthorized resale, fabricated tickets and circumvention of purchase limits are prohibited. These Terms do not establish a secondary resale marketplace; any later resale service requires separate compliant terms and controls.
Change of mind or non-attendance. The event’s disclosed refund policy applies, subject to statutory rights. If the event is clearly designated final sale before purchase, a voluntary change-of-mind refund is not promised. Illness, travel difficulties, lateness or failure to meet a lawful disclosed age rule do not by themselves create a contractual refund entitlement beyond applicable law and the event’s policy.
Cancellation. If the event is cancelled, the buyer is entitled under these platform terms to a refund of the affected ticket price, mandatory transaction charges and applicable taxes. For cancelled free tickets, no monetary refund arises unless other refundable amounts were paid. Refund handling between ClubPass365 and the Organizer does not reduce the buyer’s entitlement.
Postponement or material change. Revised details and available remedies will be communicated. If a material change prevents delivery of the substantially agreed event, the buyer may decline the replacement and request a refund of the affected purchase, including mandatory charges and applicable taxes. Any administrative election period will be reasonable and will not shorten statutory rights. Silence is not agreement to a materially different event. Minor changes that do not substantially alter the purchase do not automatically create this additional contractual remedy.
Invalid tickets or improper refusal. If an issued ticket does not provide the contracted admission for reasons not attributable to the buyer’s breach, the buyer may request correction or the applicable refund/remedy. Suspected misuse may be investigated reasonably and promptly.
Force majeure. Severe weather, government restrictions, emergencies or other events beyond reasonable control may affect performance. They do not automatically eliminate refund or consumer rights.
Contact support@clubpass365.com with the order number, event and reason. We will identify the responsible party and assist with review. Where a refund is owed, it should be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed or the original route is unavailable. Provider processing may take additional time, but legal refund deadlines prevail. No fixed processing-time promise is made by these Terms beyond applicable requirements.
Credit or replacement tickets are optional where a monetary refund is owed. Internal organizer disputes, payout holds or provider costs do not themselves justify denying mandatory rights. Nothing prevents a lawful card dispute or complaint to authorities. You must not knowingly seek duplicate recovery for the same amount.
Account suspension does not automatically cancel a valid paid ticket or erase a refund claim. ClubPass365 may investigate fraudulent transactions and restrict affected access proportionately. Event and support information must remain reasonably obtainable where required to fulfil outstanding obligations.
The Privacy Policy explains order information, organizer disclosure, check-in records and optional features. Buying a ticket does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. ClubPass365 and the Organizer are responsible for their respective conduct and obligations; neither these Terms nor an event disclaimer excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern, subject to mandatory laws and forum rights applicable to you. Informal resolution is encouraged without delaying legal deadlines. No mandatory consumer arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms. Purchase-time rights are not retrospectively removed by a later policy update.
